The pews at Shiloh Baptist Church have been filled with believers worshiping Jesus and being equipped to serve our community in and around Texarkana for over 100 years. We work hard to make disciples of men and women from the time they are born until the Lord calls them Home.
The mission statement above is one of the tools we use to help us stay focused as a church and remain faithful to Christ. Our new members’ class is structured around three categories that are each designed to address who we are and how we strive to live.
Shiloh Formed– this is how we think about the truths that we have received and by which we have been formed.
Shiloh Gathered– who we are as a church and a gathered people. Our mission statement forms the framework for this in how we communicate our goals as a body of believers.
Shiloh Sent– the core values using the acrostic “SHILOH” communicate what we expect of each member in their private lives as Christians, and therefore, representatives of the Kingdom of God and Shiloh Baptist Church.
